🔒 Customer Information Security Policy – TSF
At TSF, we are fully committed to protecting customer information when delivering any IT-related services. Although TSF operates as an independent service provider, we place trust, data protection, and information security as top priorities—because safeguarding customer data is not only a responsibility, but also a core professional ethic.
🔐 1. Commitment to Customer Data Protection
📌 TSF commits to the following principles:
We do not store, share, or disclose any customer data without explicit consent provided in writing or via confirmed message.
We do not use customer data for advertising, marketing, or provide it to third parties under any circumstances.
We do not access, record, or retain administrative passwords unless explicitly authorized by the customer.
🧰 2. Security Practices During IT Service Deployment
TSF regularly delivers services such as:
NAS, server, and internal network installation & configuration
Automated data backup and synchronization setup
WordPress website design, deployment, and maintenance
For every service, TSF strictly follows these security principles:
🔹 Limited Access Policy
🔒 Access is restricted only to necessary system components. Root or full administrative privileges are used only when absolutely required.
🔹 No Credential Retention
🗝️ All usernames and passwords provided by customers are deleted immediately after service handover, or temporarily encrypted only if follow-up work is required.
🔹 Secure Remote Access
🖥️ Remote support tools (such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.) are used without permanent installation, without saving credentials, and only during customer-approved sessions.
📁 3. Customer Data Protection After Service Completion
After service completion, TSF will:
Remove all temporary data copies from personal devices or intermediary tools (if any).
Refrain from accessing the system again unless a clear maintenance or support request is made by the customer.
Hand over all configuration documentation and technical details to the customer, and recommend changing administrative passwords if necessary.
🔄 4. Shared Responsibilities
Responsibilities of TSF:
Strictly comply with all data security commitments
Never misuse customer data
Immediately notify customers if any potential security risk is detected
Responsibilities of the Customer:
Do not share system access credentials with third parties
Proactively change passwords after service deployment
Inform TSF immediately if suspicious or unauthorized access is detected
✅ Conclusion
At TSF, information security is treated as the highest standard in every IT service we provide. Whether services are delivered remotely or on-site, customers can be fully confident that their data, systems, and privacy are protected with the utmost care and professionalism.
